Yes, it can be done in Kuwait and charges are KWD 10/- per invoice and KWD 15/- per COO in addition to handling charges.
Yes, only used personal effects are duty free.
According to Harmonic system code (HS code) which consists of 8 digits and/or any mutual agreements signed by Kuwait.

Charges will include 5% on CIF basis + other handling charges such as GCS, Storage, Stamp fee, etc.
Bulk clearance is done for low value shipment at airport and cleared under one manifest. No supporting documents are provided to customers.

In case Incoterm is DTP with valid shipper account number, as in this case shipper will be billed all applicable charges.

You may pay online using the link you received in our SMS or email. This is the best and fastest method of payment.
Or you may pay at a DHL Service Point when you collect your shipment. This option is also available via the link in our SMS or email.
Or you may pay by cash or check when the courier delivers your shipment. However, note that personal checks are not accepted by DHL.
