I purchased a good over internet ,why do i have to pay additional charges?
Duties and tax are most typically not included in the price of goods you purchased online ,you are liable to pay any inbound duties and taxes which your local customs authority deems appropriate
what happen if sender want to pay duties and taxes ?
Not applicable in Algeria ,duties and taxes should be paid in Algeria with local currency
How is the calculation done?
The calculation depends on the value ,the duty rate depends on the commodity code
How is the calculation of STORAGE ?
950 DA plus 40 DA/day/Kg from second day
What is the notification fee (Frais de notification) ?
Notification letter is delivered to customer ,when shipment need to be cleared at the level of customs authority
What are the available payment methods?
  1. You may pay online using the link you received in our SMS or email. This is the best and fastest method of payment.
  2. Or you may pay at a DHL Service Point when you collect your shipment.
  3. Or you may pay by cash or cheque, when the courier delivers your shipment at your doorstep.
